  3. Verify sidebar info: name, DOB, contest, auto age group — matches what the rider expects?
  4. Enter the pre-printed bib number the rider is holding (or confirm the existing one).
  5. If the rider is on an e-bike, change Age Group to Open E-Bike Male / Female.
  6. Tap Finish. Time stamp is saved automatically. Search resets for the next rider.
7:50 AM cutoff: No bibs will be assigned after 7:50 AM. First race drops at 8:00 AM from Top of the World. Questions: [email protected] • (909) 744-9373.

Roster reference

Need to print a quick-reference of who's registered for what? Open the roster report → — auto-flagged DOB mismatches and possible name typos so you know where to focus during check-in. Print directly from the browser; CSS is print-friendly.

Tip: regenerate the roster on the morning of race day with python3 scripts/build_roster_report.py and refresh.

Race Pass / Paid sync

The check-in kiosk shows a green PAID banner for riders who bought the Race Pass at the POS, and a red NO PASS warning for everyone else. Open the paid-issues report → — lists POS buyers who haven't registered + RR registrants who haven't paid, so you can chase them down before race day.

Sync runs hourly during race week and every 5 min on race-day morning. To force a sync now: ssh [email protected] sudo systemctl start spsv-paid-sync.

Trifecta & Awards — after the final race

DNF / Status

  1. A rider started but didn't finish? Open the SkyPark DNF kiosk for their race (links in the Check-In section above — same pattern, different URL).
  2. Search by last name, confirm the rider, set Status = 3 (DNF), tap Finish.
  3. Their result is excluded from the leaderboard but retained in the archive CSV.

Finish-Line TV Setup

  1. Boot the TV's browser. Load the race that just started from the three links above.
  2. Tap Start Fullscreen Mode — page auto-scrolls through finishers.
  3. After each race finishes, switch the TV to the next race's results link.
  4. Racers can scan the same link (or a printed QR code) on their phones to see their time.
